Winzio Terms & Conditions – Complete Terms of Use for Members

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Winzio and its members. Winzio is an online gaming and betting platform operating under an international gaming license. These terms apply to the website, mobile app, and all services offered by Winzio.

Winzio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to register on Winzio. Age verification is carried out using a National ID, passport, or birth certificate. Winzio may re-verify any member's age at any time. Failure to provide proof of age may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide your real name, date of birth, address, and contact information.
• No individual may hold more than one account.
• If more than one account is found linked to the same household or family, Winzio may open an investigation.
• Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
• Verification of the mobile number or email address used during registration is mandatory.

3. Account Management

Keep your account login credentials, password, and security question answers completely confidential. Never share them with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Winzio Support immediately.

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 months or more. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts. Members will be notified in advance.

Winzio may request that a member update their account information at any time. If the required information is not provided within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

Winzio currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳300. Deposits are typically credited instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, it will be resolved within 24 hours.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. First-time large withdrawals require KYC verification.

If fraudulent activity is suspected on an account during a withdrawal process, Winzio may place the withdrawal on hold until the investigation is complete. Once the investigation concludes and no violation is found, the funds will be released.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements — typically 20× to 40× the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of BDT 1,000 with a 30× wagering requirement means you need to place BDT 30,000 in total bets.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days, depending on the offer.
• Some games may contribute less — or nothing at all — toward wagering requirements while a bonus is active.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed more than once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Your deposited funds can be withdrawn at any time, even if a bonus is active — the conditions apply to the bonus portion only.
• Winzio reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time without providing a reason.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on Winzio use third-party certified RNG. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by Winzio or any player.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, it will either resume from the last confirmed state or bets will be refunded. Any winnings displayed incorrectly as a result of a technical error will be considered void, and Winzio reserves the right to cancel such winnings.

Any internet disconnection during gameplay is the player's responsibility. Bets lost due to a disconnection are not refunded; however, if no outcome was determined at the time of disconnection, a refund may be considered.

7. Betting Terms

In Sports Betting, once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed unless a cash-out option is available. Specific betting rules apply to each match or event.

The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. Winzio reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error.

Match Cancellation & Postponement Rules

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Grounds for Account Closure

Winzio may close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or inaccurate registration information
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Filing a chargeback
• Hacking an account or attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account
• Registering as a minor or assisting minors in accessing or using an account
• Abusive behaviour toward Winzio support staff or other members

If an account is closed and no fraudulent activity is found, any deposited funds will be returned. However, bonus-derived funds may be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Winzio is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party software problems. Winzio cannot be held responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, server attacks, or legal restrictions.

12. Changes, Disputes & Governing Law

If you have a dispute with Winzio, please first try to resolve it through the support team. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, it may be escalated to Winzio's licensing authority.
